Simple rules that you must follow.
Server rules:
#1 Do NOT grief or steal from other players. You do this and you're out of the community.
#2 Do not PVP outside the pvp arena without both player's agreement.
#3 No landscape griefing such as floating trees, 1x1 dirt towers or random 1x1 holes (Making the terrain look ugly).
#4 Don't ask us to spawn items for you. We don't even spawn them for ourselves.
#5 Don't use any hacks, x-ray or any other cheaty program.
#6 If you're chopping down trees near the spawn, replant trees so others can do the same.
#7 Always fill creeper holes.
#8 Respect other members.
