Most of you probably know that FTB Ultimate 1.0.1 has been out for quite a long time, i personally favor FTB Ultimate over the mindcrack pack because of the added content. instead of just being one of my random few word posts, i will actually compare the two packs. Of course there are a few more mods than the few i listed, but Ultimate just has so much more content, and importantly it has some exploration based content that mindcrack lacks (Ultimate has all current mindcrack mods, these are new content) Here they are:

Ultimate Does have Applied Energistics:
It just has a ton of amazing things that i cant post here, look Here: ae-mod.info/ for details.
Ultimate Does have Equivalent exchange 3:
I would suggest disabling it, because some of the aspects are pretty over powered, but it adds item conversion abilities.
Ultimate Does Flat Bedrock:
Self explanatory
Ultimate Does Mine Factory Reloaded:
Pros:
-Deep storage Unit(~2,147,000,000 of one item)
-Lots of different breeding and farming options
Cons:
-Deep storage unit could be considered a little OP...
Ultimate Does have Modular Power Suits:
It's kind of overpowered, it has really powerful tools and armour that would be fun to have in the game
Ultimate Does have Mystcraft:
Has a lot of fun exploration aspects to it that mindcrack FTB lacks... and IMO It is one of the best mods ever.
Ultimate Does have Power Converters
Pretty self explainatory, you can make power converters which are very useful.
Ultimate Does have Secret Rooms:
To hide the uh "Private" Things you wouldn't like others to see
Ultimate Does have Xeno's Reliquary:
It's a really epic mod, but i don't know how to explain it, you will have to look it up yourself is you would like to know more about it.
