I did a bad thing. I updated the modpacks in the launcher window, now i can't access server as it tells me I need a whole list of mods  |

sorted it. If you make the same mistake, then in the launcher change the modpack setting back to version 6.  |

Had the same problem.
When u open the FTB launcher under the main tab ( ModPacks, Texture packs and stuff) one thing says ''Recommended'' You just change it to 6. I hope i explained well.
