ok will be testing out a few things over coming day to try and reduce the lag we have been hit with recently.
Test 1: Can everyone please remove chunkloaders, worldanchors,spot loaders for the time being.
Test 2: Removal of wrath lamps ( future test)
Test 3: limitation and better use of timers ( future test)

Frost is it okay to have one timer and some transmitters and receivers? would that lag more or less then more timers.

What bout portals gun portals they load a single chunk if there's a cable in the chunk it will do the same as the other chunkloaders won't it?

Been playing around looking for strange chunk activity today (yes i have too much spare time) and found these these the Names are only there for reference im not saying these players are causing the lag. Before After The one square block wont disappear i have tried a few things but it wont budge. And just so everyone knows a single red/green block is a chunk. My son has just got back so i will have to leave it for now. If this has helped the memory issue great and ill try and clear the last remaining chunks tomorrow.

No ones just areas which were constantly loaded and the Huge red square i just realized its bloody enter spawn anyway not sure why there are so many single chunks (single red squares) loading ill have a look later. I think they might be old portal gun portals that have been reset, will test this hypothesis later.

Just did a qucik count and the massive red squares where in the region of 150 chunks :@

there not actually there, if you go into the area then back out it will remove the ghost images of red.
also they are player size, and player size chunkloading is around 441 chunks per player. what you look at is forced chunks.

I was also looking at the forced chunks, then i saw the red blocks so investigated. Do you know what the single red chunks are? like i said above I'm thinking they are reset portals but need to test that.
Why do the massive red squares show and change? Some didn't go until i stopped running water in them.

not sure 100% world leak, memory leak, orphan chunks, perhaps a look on ftb forums may help.

Mus this needs to be sorted 3 portal gun portals inside of already loaded chunks make something like this away from any loaded chunks, cables and machines.

Quick tip to move portal from your gun hold R and click LMB or RMB depending on which portal you want to remove it will do only one tapping R will reset both.

chunk loaders shouldnt really overlap.
