Yeah you could be right Mus, I'll try it. Here is my first attempt at Anubis, this took a while, i think its about as good as I'm going to get, snout is a bit long, can't find any other blocks to substitute it.  how to take a screenshot on a pc |

with anubis try using some smooth basalt near the head and or nearer one side(it will add a bit of shading), also you could use a half block on the nose to reduce its size slightly.
